<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine attendance/nonattendance to concert. <P>SOLUTION: Performance terminals 2A to 2F of an electronic keyboard instrument are allocated to facility data and attendants to concert, and connected to a controller 1 via MIDI I/F box 3. The performance terminals 2A to 2F are MIDI musical instruments with active sensing, and when power is switched on, the active sensing is automatically output. A controller 1 specifies the performance terminal attending to the concert by receiving the active sensing, and performs the concert processing by allocating a performance part to the terminal attending to the concert. When the performance terminal is a drum pad, a pad to attend the concert is specified by a note number of a note-on message which is output by trial striking.
