PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a camera to always move and control a shake correction lens to a proper position regardless of the attitude of the camera by keeping existing circuit constitution as it is. SOLUTION: This camera is provided with a reference position set part 581 making reference positional data in the lateral and the longitudinal directions for moving the respective lenses of a correction lens part 3 to a centering position for a target position set part 53 as set data SDPH and SDPV set to a driving part 6, a difference arithmetic part 582 calculating difference data by fetching the positional data of the respective lenses of the lens part 3 after being moved according to the reference positional data in the lateral and the longitudinal directions from a positional data input part 57 and by comparing them with the reference positional data in the lateral and the longitudinal directions and a correcting position set part 583 obtaining the correction positional data in the lateral and the longitudinal directions by reducing the respective values of the difference data from the value of the reference positional data in the lateral and the longitudinal directions and by making the respective correction positional data for the position set part 53 as the set data SDPH and SDPV set to the driving part 6. |
