PURPOSE: A covering structure using a spiral folding device and a construction method thereof are provided to manufacture a structure having strong durability by reinforcing a building with a multiple-folding portion of the structure formed by a spiral folding device. CONSTITUTION: A covering structure using a spiral folding device is composed as follows. A cylindrical body portion is longitudinally and symmetrically cut in half to have semi circular openings in a lateral direction. In a wall(100), both bottom ends parallelly cut in a longitudinal direction of the body portion are embedded on the ground. The bottom end part of a top strip and the top end of a bottom strip of the body portion are multiply bent to form a multiple folding portion. A metal panel is cylindrically laminated for lining.
