The present invention relates to a water circulating device using solar light which is installed in a park or lake to circulate water, thereby purifying the water. The water circulating device includes: an expandable corrugated tube unit for introducing water within a water area to diffuse the water toward an upper portion of the water area; a unit frame for supporting the expandable corrugated tube unit; a plurality of barge units for providing buoyancy to the expandable corrugated tube unit and the unit frame; an impeller for dispersing water within the expandable corrugated tube unit to the outside of the expandable corrugated tube unit; and a rotation power supply unit for supplying a rotating power to the impeller.
