<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article preventing body fluid from leaking. <P>SOLUTION: This compact absorbent article 1 includes a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back surface sheet 3, and an absorber 4, and absorbs body fluid adhering to the crotch of underwear. The absorber 4 includes: a front region positioned before the longitudinal direction center CW in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article 1; and a rear region positioned behind the longitudinal direction center CW.
