<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smokeless roaster having a grill through which a cooling liquid circulates, with the grill being capable of being mounted or demounted on or from a body with a simple structure, which is capable of preventing leak of the liquid from the grill itself or a connection between the grill and piping or the like, and capable of easily keeping the temperature of the grill at a two-dimensionally uniform temperature range. <P>SOLUTION: The smokeless roaster includes: the grill 4 removably supported to block an opening 2a formed on top of the body 2, and formed with an internal flow channel for allowing the cooling liquid to circulate inside the grill, and with a supply port 4f and an exhaust port 4g which communicate with the internal flow channel at one end side in the horizontal direction; a suction pump 8 for suctioning the liquid in the grill 4 with a negative pressure; and a reserve tank 9 for reserving the liquid. The internal flow channel of the grill 4 includes: a supply side main flow channel 4d communicating with the supply port 4f; an exhaust side main flow channel 4e communicating with the exhaust port 4g; and a plurality of branch flow channels 43 for connecting the supply side main flow channel 4d and the exhaust side main flow channel 4e. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
