摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sensitivity in a magnetic measuring device with an optical pumping method. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic measuring device includes: a cell accommodating a medium that changes an orientation of a polarization plane of light according to magnetic field intensity therein; a light source for emitting light that interacts with the medium to the cell; a mirror for reflecting light having been transmitted through the cell toward the cell; a polarization separator for separating light into a plurality of polarization components including a first polarization component and a second polarization component; a first photodetector for detecting the first polarization component of light having been reflected by the mirror and having been transmitted through the cell; and a second photodetector for detecting the second polarization component of the light having been reflected by the mirror and having been transmitted through the cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
