PURPOSE: An anti-reflective organic light-emitting diode device is provided to improve electrical characteristic and luminous efficiency of a device by reducing external light reflection without changing the thickness of a light emitting layer and an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A back side metal layer(20) is formed on glass substrates(10). A first electrode(30) is formed on the back side metal layer. The first electrode is conductive oxide or semi-permeability metal. The first electrode is a positive electrode. An organic light-emitting layer(40) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(50) is formed on the organic light-emitting layer. The second electrode is a negative electrode. A first intermediate layer(60) is formed on the second electrode.
