PURPOSE: A submarine debris collecting apparatus for mud flat is provided to facilitate load, transportation, and storage because the apparatus can be assembled or disassembled according to the need of users. CONSTITUTION: A submarine debris collecting apparatus for mud flat comprises a rod-shaped frame(100), multiple scrapers(200), and a pulling unit. Each scraper comprises a bracket, a fork, a spring, a shaft, and a stopper. The bracket comprises a contact part for contacting to the frame and first and second side plates. The fork comprises a first fork arranged in the first side plate and a second fork arranged in the second side plate. The torsion spring is positioned between the first and second forks. The shaft passes through the first and second side plates, the torsion spring, and the first and second forks. The stopper is passed through and coupled to the first and second side plates and is positioned between the first and second forks.
