PURPOSE: A system and a method for detecting harmful components from food are provided to schematize and quantify heavy metals and harmful components in food and to provide the schematized and quantified result to users in real time. CONSTITUTION: A system for detecting harmful components from food includes an analyzer(100), a comparator(200), and an outputting part(400). The analyzer collects a plurality of samples from the specific parts of food introduced into the system. The samples are pulverized or treated to be analyzed. The comparator compares the value of harmful components in the samples with the permissible value of corresponding components saved in a data server(300) through wired/wireless communication. The outputting part displays the result of the comparator and analyzer.
