<p>The device has a flexible plate (1) receiving and connecting electrically luminous points (3) e.g. LEDs. A flexible transparent and translucent plate (2) is installed on an assembly of the flexible plate and the luminous points such that the light emitted by the luminous points is traversed through the transparent and translucent plate, and the assembly of the flexible plate and the luminous points receives a contact of a body of human or animal.
