<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire excellent in durability of a bead part by suppressing failures such as separation even not only at a wind-up end of a carcass ply but at an internal side end of a chafer. <P>SOLUTION: In the pneumatic radial tire including: a carcass ply 4 extending between bead cores 1a disposed on a pair of bead parts 1 and wound up on an external side in a tire radial direction around the bead cores 1a; and a chafer 6 disposed so as to wrap the carcass ply 4 from the internal side to the external side in the tire width direction around the bead cores 1a, the internal side end 6Ei of the chafer 6 positioned on the internal side in the tire width direction is disposed on the more external side in the tire radial direction than the wind-up end 4E of the carcass ply 4 and reinforcing rubber 10 which is tapered on the external side in the tire radial direction is arranged adjacent to the external side in the tire radial direction of the internal side end 6Ei. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
