<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even an inexperienced user to easily perform an operation. <P>SOLUTION: A main body comprises: a band part 30 in a head band shape, which has a length adjusting function; and a case part 32 which is connected through a rotary hinge 31 positioned at one end of the band part 30, and in which a lens mechanism 33 is housed. Photographing is performed by fixing the band part 30 to the head. When performing photographing, the case part 32 in which the lens mechanism 33 is housed is rotated 90 degrees to the front with the rotary hinge 31 as an axis, and a lens is projected to the front of a face. An operation is performed by touching a touch key 18 arranged on a side face of the case part 32.
