<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel continuous polymerization apparatus which can efficiently produce a polymer composition having a variety of properties. <P>SOLUTION: The continuous polymerization apparatus uses at least two continuous stirred reactor tanks (10, 20). The reactor tanks (10, 20) have feed ports (11a, 21a) and extraction ports (11b, 21b), respectively. The feed ports (11a, 21a) of the reactor tanks (10, 20) are connected independently to feed sources (1, 1', 3, 3') of a raw material monomer and a polymerization initiator.
