An exercise grip device includes a jaw member which is of a sufficient width to permit grasping thereabout with one's hand, wherein the jaw member includes a spring aspect which is preformed to an open position to permit receiving a bar and is compressible to a closed position enabling engagement of the jaw member with the bar in a manner to prevent sliding movement therebetween and while compressed exerts a force on one's hand and forearm muscles. |
