<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-cooled compressor capable of enhancing compressor efficiency by a simple and inexpensive constitution. <P>SOLUTION: An oil-cooled compressor includes a compressor body 1 for compressing air, a separator 2 for separating and storing oil included in compressed air, an oil supply system 3 for supplying the oil stored by the separator 2 in an operation chamber of the compressor body 1, a cooler 5 arranged in the oil supply system 3, a temperature sensor 9 for detecting the temperature of the compressed air, and a control device 10 for variably controlling cooling capacity of the cooler 5 so that the temperature of compressed gas detected by the temperature sensor 9 becomes a predetermined target value. The oil-cooled compressor further includes a wax system flow regulating valve 6 arranged on the downstream side of the cooler 5. When the cooling capacity of the cooler 5 becomes relatively large and the oil temperature from the cooler 5 becomes the first preset value or less, the wax system flow regulating valve 6 becomes a full opening state. When the cooling capacity of the cooler becomes relatively small and the oil temperature from the cooler 5 exceeds a first preset value, the wax system flow regulating valve reduces in opening in response to the difference. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
