<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer sheet eliminating the necessity of aging treatment of a heat-resistant slipping layer, stably exhibiting excellent traveling performance in a heating temperature range by a heating means and excellent in preservation stability of dye and dirt prevention performance of the heating means. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer sheet 100 includes: a thermal transfer dye layer 120 formed on one face of a base material sheet 110; and the heat-resistant slipping layer 130 formed on the other face of the base material sheet 110 and containing a binder, a lubricant and a filler. As the binder, the heat-resistant slipping layer 130 includes a binder obtained by mixing ≤10 pts.mass of acrylic silicone resin having ≥100,000 of mass-average molecular weight of powdery solid at room temperature with respect to 100 pts.mass of polyvinyl acetoacetal resin with the polyvinyl acetoacetal resin. Furthermore, in the heat-resistant slipping layer 130, ≥10 pts.mass and ≤30 pts.mass of isocyanate with respect to 100 pts.mass of the polyvinyl acetoacetal resin is included. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
