<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for drawing processing for an image sequence including a plurality of images. <P>SOLUTION: A drawing apparatus which successively draws a plurality of images included in an image sequence includes a first evaluation unit which evaluates the data amount of scene data used for drawing a part of regions included in an image for each of the plurality of images in scene data describing a shape and arrangement of at least one graphic included in each of the plurality of images, a second evaluation unit which evaluates a data amount used for drawing processing for pixels removed in a process of drawing at least a part of regions included in the image on the basis of the scene data for each of the plurality of images, and a determination unit which determines whether real-time drawing or tile-type delayed drawing is to be applied to drawing processing of a corresponding region included in a (j+1)th image on the basis of evaluation results obtained by the first evaluation unit and the second evaluation units for at least a part of regions included in a j-th image positioned in the image sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
