<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O-ring insertion jig, which enables attachment of an O-ring to a part to be attached by expanding and uniformly pushing out thereof, and which has less friction with the jig when expanding the O-ring and eliminates the need for confirmation and correction of twist after the attachment. <P>SOLUTION: The O-ring insertion jig has a metal plate 2 formed with penetration holes 20, and a plurality of expanded claws 3 which penetrate the penetration holes 20, are inserted to the inside of the O-ring 4, and can radially move. The O-ring 4 is expanded by radially moving the plurality of expanded claws 3, the expanded O-ring 4 is hung to the metal plate 2 by moving the plurality of expanded claws 3 to the penetration directions, and the O-ring 4 is attached to the part 5 to be attached. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
