PURPOSE: A banking system for syntagmatically managing installment savings including a stock conversion right and control method thereof are provided to enable a user to decide stock conversion by receiving business state information from a banking management server. CONSTITUTION: A banking management server(4) transmits risk avoidance request signals to a business information providing server(5) by analyzing a risk degree. The banking management server periodically notifies the acquired business information to a subscriber. The banking management server receives expiration money from a business loan of a business by converting installment savings into stocks according to the expiration of the installment savings. The business information providing server provides the synthesis of management, finance, and development information to the banking management server. The business information providing server returns the money converted into the stock as the business loan. |
