<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the prior art automatically calling back responding to an incoming call from an employee or the like registered in advance has a defect of lacking convenience because circumstances of a responder in the company side who are made to call back are not considered and a person in the side of requesting the callback needs to wait for the callback to come while not knowing whether or not there is a partner the person wants to converse with. <P>SOLUTION: A telephone apparatus enabling communication by an electronic mail has: partner telephone number registration means, message display means, specific information extraction means, and automatic dialing means. When receiving an electronic mail; the telephone apparatus determines whether specific information requesting a callback is included in the electronic mail or not, displays a message showing that the callback is requested, and automatically dials a partner telephone number corresponding to an electronic mail address of a transmission source of the electronic mail or a telephone number included in the specific information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
