<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking-board-exchange-type cooking device of which the cooking board is exchanged safely and quickly. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking board 3 is changeable. An engagement means of holding the cooking board 3 is interposed between the cooking board 3 and a holding part 6. The cooking board 3 is vertically translated to a plane composed of the holding part 6. Two places on the rear of the cooking board 3 held by the holding part 6 can be simultaneously pressed to a front side by different fingers, thus translating the cooking board 3 to the front side, and hence releasing the engagement means to remove the cooking board 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
