<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D conversion circuit, an integrated circuit device and an electronic apparatus that implement improved A/D conversion characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The A/D conversion circuit includes a comparison section 50 for performing comparison actions of successive approximation, and a control circuit 20 having a successive approximation register SAR for storing successive approximation data RDA updated by successive approximation. The control circuit 20 outputs correction data DTR for correcting nonlinearity between an input signal VIN and output data DOUT in the A/D conversion circuit to the comparison section 50 in accordance with one or more bits of the successive approximation data RDA.
