The present invention comprises: a radial carcass (1) formed in a single carcass ply that is composed of a plurality of cords extended at an angle in a range of 70 to 90° in relation to a tire equatorial plane (E); a belt layer (3) composed of a cord disposed on an external peripheral side of a crown area of the radial carcass (1) and extended in the circumferential direction of the tire; a single supplemental belt layer composed of a plurality of cords extended on the external peripheral side of the belt layer (3) at an angle in a range of 70 to 90° in relation to the tire equatorial plane, and arranged, together with the belt layer (3), so that the width-middle position is positioned on the tire equatorial plane (E); and a tread rubber (6) for forming a tread ground contact surface, the tread rubber disposed on the external peripheral side of the supplemental belt layer (4). The developed width of the belt layer (3) is greater than the developed width of the supplemental belt layer (4).
