<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sodium ion concentration and/or group 2 element ion concentration in a solution using a highly safe substance. <P>SOLUTION: A water-soluble scyllo-inositol diboric acid complex salt is added to a solution containing sodium ions and/or group 2 element ions so as to be converted into a scyllo-inositol diboric acid complex salt having low water solubility and insolubilized by replacement of cations in the complex salt with the sodium ions and/or the group 2 element ions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
