<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the capability for cooling a refrigerant that obtains waste heat from an internal combustion engine to vaporize, and to miniaturize a condenser. <P>SOLUTION: A rankine cycle system 1 includes: a hybrid system 2 including the internal combustion engine 3 and an electric motor 4; a first refrigerant passage 5 in which a first refrigerant circulates, the first refrigerant being vaporized by the waste heat of the internal combustion engine 3; a waste heat retrievable carrier 6 for recovering energy of the waste heat from the vaporized first refrigerant; the condenser 35 for cooling the first refrigerant in thermal communication with air; a second refrigerant passage 7 in which a second refrigerant circulates, the second refrigerant providing heat exchange with the electric motor 4, an inverter 41 incorporated with the electric motor 4, and an HV battery 42; a heat-exchange tube 71 for providing heat exchange between the first and second refrigerants in the condenser 35; a second temperature sensor 73 for measuring a temperature of the second refrigerant; and an ECU 21 for driving an electric pump 72 to introduce the second refrigerant to the heat-exchange tube 71, on the basis of the temperature of the second refrigerant measured by the second temperature sensor 73. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
