<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a production cost of a printer which can feed papers consecutively without leaving surplus cut papers in a paper feeding path upon printing completion. <P>SOLUTION: This printer includes: a conveying part for conveying cut papers from a loading part to an image forming part along a conveying path; and a control part which conveys a succeeding cut paper from the loading part by the conveying part before printing for a preceding cut paper is completed until an (n-k) (k≤1, 2, ..., n-1) pieces of cut paper reaches a required position of the conveying path when a job of printing an image on n pieces (n≥2) of cut paper is executed, pauses to convey the succeeding cut paper by the conveying part until the printing for the preceding cut paper is completed when the (n-k)th cut paper reaches the required position of the conveying path, and executes conveyance of the cut papers till the nth one to the image forming part by the conveying part and printing by the image forming part per piece of paper when the printing of the (n-k)th cut paper is completed, thereby completing the job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
