<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce a high quality balloon body with a high yield inexpensively without using a film made-check valve component by simplified production process. <P>SOLUTION: When a double-layered film 1 is inflated by gas fed from an airway, a surrounding part (part formed by a clavicle part 3B and a throat part 3C) of the airway in the inflated space forms a recessed part caved into the inflated space. According to the formation of the recessed part, tension acts for pulling the double-layered film 1 in the direction of expanding the space of the narrowest path 4 of the airway having an intermitted welding seal line 3, the double-layered film 1 around a straw guide line 5 above the narrowest path 4 is loosened, and the double-layered film 1 of the airway closely adheres to seal the gas in the inflated space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
