TREATMENT METHOD OF THE PYROLYSED OIL AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Processing method and apparatus for pyrolysis oil obtained from a thermal cracking liquefaction process are provided to effectively remove impurities from the pyrolysis oil. CONSTITUTION: A processing method for pyrolysis oil obtained from a thermal cracking liquefaction process comprises the following steps: absorbing impurities contained in the pyrolysis oil by stirring the pyrolysis oil with fly ash; and compressing the mixture of the pyrolysis oil and the fly ash, and separating the pyrolysis oil from fly ash cake including the impurities. The stirring process is performed by using a stirrer(1) including a stirring unit(11), and a heater(12) heating the stirring unit. The compressing process is performed by using a compression-separator(2). The pyrolysis oil is desalinated before being mixed with the fly ash using a desalination device(3).
