PURPOSE: An eyesight test device is provided to rapidly and simply perform an eyesight test by instructing subjects to read a read means while moving a cursor with a remote control signal. CONSTITUTION: A monitor(10) displays eyesight(11) and different types of read means(13). A cursor(15) is prepared on the monitor to point to one of read means. The read means is organized in a combination of a number, a figure, a character and a drawing corresponding to each eyesight category. A remote control member(20) is connected to the monitor by wired and wireless communication. The remote control member includes a mode button(21), a cursor moving button(22), a right and left button(23) and an up and down button(24).
