PURPOSE: A bin tripper is provided to prevent raw materials from being unevenly loaded on a bin by a distributing part and to evenly fall the raw materials. CONSTITUTION: A bin tripper comprises a chute part(10) and a distributing part(20). The chute part guides raw materials to a bin and comprises an upper chute, a skewed chute, and a lower chute. The upper chute guide the raw materials guided from a scraper. The skewed chute is communicated with the upper chute and has inclination. The lower chute is communicated with the skewed chute and is located in the entrance of the bin. The distributing part is mounted on the chute part to distribute the raw materials.
