PURPOSE: A communication facility construction promotion apparatus and method thereof are provided to minimize client discomfort by controlling a self-work schedule by enabling a client to recognize influence on construction beforehand. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(10) inputs communication facility information. An affected client extraction unit(20) extracts influence client information for clients who receive influence on a construction of a community facility according to the communication facility information from a facility information DB(DataBase)(21). A promotion target customer extraction unit(40) extracts client information corresponding to the influence client information as promotion target client information from the collected client information. A setup unit(50) sets determined construction schedule.
