PURPOSE: An energy-efficient contents caching using administrator base routing in a content centric network is provided to share contents in an energy efficiency mode by distributing desired contents to only a mobile device. CONSTITUTION: A reception mechanism(202) receives a request about specific contents from a remote device. The reception mechanism transmits the received request to a CCN(Content Centric Network) demon module(204). The CCN demon module checks a local cache(210) in order to determine the local use of the contents. A transmission mechanism(212) transmits the requested contents to the requesting remote device. The CCN demon module is connected to a routing agent(206) to obtain routing information in order to determine an actual administrator who substantially stores the requested contents. The routing agent obtains the routing information including contents-prefix and administrator mapping from a routing table(208).
