<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device that has a strong magnetic coupling with a partner side antenna, and a high communication performance. <P>SOLUTION: An antenna device comprises a magnetic antenna 51 and a conductor plate 40. The magnetic antenna 51 includes a coil conductor 12, and a magnetic core 20 arranged so as to be in contact with or adjacent to the coil conductor 12. The coil conductor 12 with a winding center as a conductor opening CW is formed into a spiral shape. The conductor plate 40 is arranged adjacently to the magnetic antenna 51, and has a first end side S1 and a second end side S2 facing the first end side S1. The conductor plate 40 has an outer shape larger than the coil conductor 12 in a plan view.
