<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high voltage generator in which ineffective exposure of a subject can be prevented while saving the space. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray high voltage generator comprises a circuit which generates a tube voltage to be supplied to an X-ray tube, a wave tail interruption circuit which discharges the charges in the circuit when the tube voltage is lowered, a housing which houses the tube voltage generation circuit and the discharge circuit, and an electrical insulation oil filling a container. A flexible container having an internal space communicating with the space in the housing is connected to one surface of the housing, and a heat radiation unit is mounted on the flexible container. Consequently, expansion of the electrical insulation oil can be absorbed only with one surface of the housing, and the electrical insulation oil can be cooled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
