POWER SUPPLY DEVICE, CHARGING AND DISCHARGING CONTROL DEVICE, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device, a charging and discharging control device, and control method therefor that perform rapid control switching eliminating time for exceeding built-in voltage of a diode.

SOLUTION: In the power supply device in which charging or discharging to a load is performed in a constant current operation mode and in a constant voltage operation mode, output sides of a constant current control section and a constant voltage control section are constituted by an OR circuit using resistors. In the power supply device, the constant current control section comprises an error amplifier for controlling constant current and an output side resistor for controlling constant current connected to an output side of the error amplifier for controlling constant current, and the constant voltage control section comprises an error amplifier for controlling constant voltage and an output side resistor for controlling constant voltage connected to an output side of the error amplifier for controlling constant voltage.
