摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a feedback control loop to adjust a fuel-to-air ratio being fed to a combustor based on detected amounts of oxygen and carbon monoxide in the exhaust, for reducing emissions in a gas turbine engine. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel control system is provided that includes: a primary fuel circuit; a fuel tuning circuit 20; a plurality of combustors 12 operatively connected to the fuel tuning circuit 20; oxygen and carbon dioxide sensors in the exhaust stream 15; and a feedback control loop. The fuel control system fine tunes the amount of fuel 21 and air being fed to each combustor using data regarding the detected oxygen and carbon monoxide concentrations in the exhaust gas as provided through a feedback control loop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
