<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing sterilized liquid egg showing the color of egg white by mixing soup and the egg albumen, etc. into a broken egg. <P>SOLUTION: The broken egg is filtered by a strainer, and the filtered egg is put into a plastic bag. Then, soup and the albumen, etc. are further mixed into the egg. After that, the plastic bag is sealed by a sealer, and sterilized at about 60°C for about 90 minutes. After the content of the bag is lightly stirred every 30 minutes on the way, the warm product after termination of sterilization is finally stirred strongly. Next, the product is put into chiller water to be chilled, and the chilled product is put into a cardboard box to be frozen.
