<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type information medium included booklet that is composed of a non-contact type information medium, an internally affixed sheet and a cover member, and has a skimming prevention function in at least a part of the non-contact type information medium and the cover member, and whose information can be read by a proper machine with no problems. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact type information medium included booklet comprises at least: a non-contact type information medium formed by sandwiching an IC inlet between two or more base materials to make a laminate and then adhering them by thermal pressure; an internally affixed sheet adhered to one surface of the non-contact type information medium through an adhesive layer; and a cover member adhered to the other surface of the non-contact type information medium through an adhesive layer.
