PURPOSE: An enzymatic biofuel cell system is provided to detect consuming level according to oxidation-reduction reaction in real time, thereby capable of conducting effective inflow or outflow of fuel solution. CONSTITUTION: An enzymatic biofuel cell system comprises: a fuel cell part(100) having an enzymatic biofuel cell structure, and of which phototranmissivity is changeable; a reaction sensing part(200) detecting phototransmissivity or absorbance of the fuel cell part, and converting the same to sensing signals which are electrical signals; and a fuel supply control part(300) controlling the supply of the fuel solution by generating supply control signals.
