<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody capable of binding a marker or the like without deteriorating or losing an antigen binding capacity. <P>SOLUTION: The IgG antibody has the following characteristics: (1) some of disulfide bonds in a molecule are cleaved and reduced into thiol groups; (2) the molecular weight is not lowered by cleavage of the disulfide bonds; and (3) the antigen binding capacity is retained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
