Problem: an objective is to provide a network system, relating to the setting of each type of necessary information on a network terminal apparatus, with which it is possible to simplify overall management in a management terminal such as a personal computer (PC) in such circumstances as unified setting of each type of information or installing additional network terminal apparatuses, for example. Solution: to ascertain and change setting information of network apparatuses on different subnets from the management terminal, the setting information of other network apparatuses is notified, and a setting information change instruction issued, via a network device whereon the setting information is found.
