PURPOSE: A fireproof panel having a fastening hole, a manufacturing method thereof, and a mold therefor are provided to enable a worker to easily install the fireproof panel on a wall or frame without damage. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fireproof panel having a fastening hole is as follows. A hole forming pin is installed on the bottom surface of a mold to form a fastening hole on a fireproof panel(S10). A raw material for a fireproof panel is put into the mold having the hole forming pin(S30). The molded fireproof panel is cured(S50). The cured fireproof panel is separated from the mold(S70). The separated fireproof panel is coated with a synthetic resin film.
