PURPOSE: A nozzle capable of controlling the amount of cooking oil is provided to enable a user to easily control the amount of discharged cooking oil using first and second pressing units. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle capable of controlling the amount of cooking oil comprises a storage part(10), a flowing pipe(20), a guide valve(30), a first pressing part(40), a hose(50), and a nozzle part(70). The storage part stores cooking oil. The flowing pipe is located inside the storage part. The guide valve is coupled to the inner top of the flowing pipe and has a connection pipe(32) which moves the cooking oil. The first pressing part is coupled to the inner top of the guide valve and presses the cooking oil upward. The hose has a connector(51) coupled to the connection pipe of the guide valve. The nozzle part is formed on the end of the hose and controls the amount of the discharged cooking oil.
