A BREAKING APPARATUS OF GLASS PANEL

PURPOSE: A glass panel braking device is provided to easily control welding force and pressurization rate along the scribing line which is formed in the glass panel. CONSTITUTION: A glass panel braking device comprises a base(100), a drive unit, a cylinder(300) and a breaking head(500). The drive unit is installed in the base. The cylinder moves up by the drive unit. The breaking head is connected to a cylinder rod(310) of the cylinder and pressurizes the surface of the glass panel. The breaking head comprises a head main body and a breaking bar. The head main body is transmitted working pressure of the cylinder. The breaking bar is installed in the bottom of a head main body. The drive unit comprises a servo motor(200) and a transfer screw(210). The cylinder moves up by relative rotation of the transfer screw.
