PURPOSE: A device for assembling a steel base and a steel pipe of an access floor is provided to reduce time and manpower for assembly by coupling and assembling a steel base and a steel pipe with one operation. CONSTITUTION: A device for assembling a steel base and a steel pipe of an access floor comprises a base(20), a lower mold(30), a compress moving unit(40), a press(50), an upper mold, and a cam(70). The compress moving unit moves forward to the lower mold pressed by the upper mold according to downwardly move an inclination surface(71) of a cam along an inclination surface of a compress moving unit when the press is pressed by downwardly moving. At least one hole is formed in both sides of a pipe groove at the top of the lower mold. Protrusions(62) are formed in a position corresponding to the hole of the lower mold at the bottom of the upper mold.
