PURPOSE: Rice embryo bud gruel and a producing method thereof are provided to offer abundant amount of nutrients contained in rice embryo buds to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice embryo bud gruel comprises the following steps: preparing gruel raw materials including rice embryo buds obtained from rice, liquid, and refined rice bran(ST10); and heating the obtained gruel raw materials(ST20). The rice is a mixture of non-glutinous rice and glutinous rice mixed in a ratio of 2-8:8-2. 100 parts of rice by weight includes 0.3-5 parts of rice embryo buds by weight. The rice embryo bud gruel additionally includes additional ingredients and seasonings. |
