<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inkjet recording head that improves the nozzle density without losing the volume of an energy application chamber to discharge ink well. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the inkjet recording head includes each process defined in the specification. The method includes a process of forming a triangle member on a position being part of a nozzle wall on a substrate prior to a process of forming a mold material, the triangle member having a first surface and a second surface. In the process of forming the mold material, the first surface is formed further on the application chamber side than the second surface and makes a right angle or acute angle with the substrate on the external of the triangle member; and the second surface makes an obtuse angle with the substrate on the external of the triangle member. A photosensitive resin layer is formed on the substrate and the triangle member, and diffraction light generated when the resin layer is exposed is reflected on the second surface of the triangle member to cause the resin layer positioned on a part being the nozzle wall to absorb reflected light of the diffraction light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
