<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bulk hetero type organic thin film solar cell which can easily distribute nanoparticles in an organic thin film, and an organic thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: An organic thin film solar cell 10 has a structure where a first electrode 14, an electron blocking layer 16, an organic thin film 18, and a second electrode 20 are laminated on a substrate 12 in order. The organic thin film 18 is formed on the electron blocking layer 16. A solution including a powdery p-type semiconductor material, a powdery n-type semiconductor material and a nanoparticle material is dissolved in a solvent to be subjected to spin coating in an atmosphere of inert gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
