摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste paper recycling apparatus capable of scooping/discharging foam at an optimal timing when the largest amount of foams is generated, the foam being generated on a liquid surface of a deinking tank during deinking. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes plural process units constituting a waste paper recycling process system and a control unit 200 for controlling each process unit. A deinking unit as one of the process units has: a deinking tank 23 for performing a deinking process; a foam-receiving unit 38 for receiving foam 24 overflowing from a foam discharging port of the deinking tank 23, the foam being generated on the liquid surface of the deinking tank 23; an upper water limit detection unit 205 for detecting an event that the tank water level has reached an upper limit; and a blade unit 80 including a movable blade 81 for pushing out the foam 24 toward the foam-receiving unit 38. Further, the control unit 200 includes a blade unit control function unit for controlling the blade unit 80 so as to push out the foam 24 toward the foam-receiving unit 38 when the upper water limit detection unit 205 has detected the aforementioned event. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
